Dial “Reception” on your in-room telephone for any assistance or enquiries. We are always happy to help. If our reception is unavailable or in case of an emergency, please contact our Duty Manager at +64 2144 6981.

Standard check-out is at 10am, 11am for those who have booked directly on our website. Please call reception to inquire about late check-out availability. 

Departures between 11am to 2pm will incur an extra fee of NZ$25 per hour. Any departures after 2pm will be charged a half-night room rate until 6pm and a full night post 6pm.

Express check-out: We collect your details on arrival to ensure a quick check-out. Feel free to leave your key at the reception once you checkout via Kiosk.

Should you require extra amenities please call reception to organise this for you. If you do not want to be disturbed or your room not to be serviced, please leave out the Do Not Disturb sign.

Parking is NZ$10 per night during your stay. You can access both car park’s entrance and exit code can be obtained at reception. Please settle the car park fee on departure. If you require parking after departure, please see reception for rates.

The Yellow Bus Shuttle operates daily between Naumi, the Domestic and International Terminals. Tickets are NZ$8 per adult, and free for children below 12 years old. Ensure to book with reception 20 minutes prior as the service is by request. Contact reception for times, tickets, or any further assistance.

The gym is open 24 hours, for anyone 16 years old and above. Our pool is open from dawn to dusk. Towels are available in the gym. Children must be supervised. Access through the central corridor.

Kindly collect the mini golf set from the reception which includes one golf stick and one ball each. A bond of NZ$30 will be taken on hold.
