If you are arriving early and would like to check-in, we would recommend that you book one additional night to ensure that the room is ready for you.
For late check-outs, please make prior arrangements with us, extension is subject to availability and charges may be applicable.
Our Front Desk operates 24-hours daily, we can facilitate your check-in according to your arrival time. You can also choose to store your luggage with us before check-in or after check-out.
It is recommended that you notify the hotel of your expected arrival time.

Housekeeping
Rooms are serviced daily unless you have your ‘Do Not Disturb' sign on the door. For alternative arrangement, please contact the Front Desk.
Bathroom Towels
Please hang your towels up if you do not require a fresh set. We're all about conserving water, little changes for a big cause.
Power & Electricity
Please ensure key card is inserted into the power slot inside the door.

Air Conditioner controls are on the wall panel.
Dry Cleaning
Same day service is available Mon Sun. Please bring your laundry to Front Desk before 11am to get your laundry back on the same day around 8pm.
Mini Bar
Enjoy your complimentary non-alcoholic mini bar treats. For multi-night stays, please contact Front Desk to request your minibar to be replenished at a charge.
Carparking
Please note that we do not have any parking facilities in the hotel. Roadside parking is available or the nearest sheltered carpark is at Beach Centre.
Gym & Rooftop Pool
Our rooftop pool is open from 7am to 10pm daily. Our gym is open 24 hours daily. Both spaces are accessible with your room card.
Children under 14 must be supervised at all times.

Hotel Policies & FAQs
Cancellation Policy
For bookings that are non-refundable or non-cancellable, a full prepayment is required. The amount due is not refundable even if the booking is cancelled or modified.
For Room Packages and Reservations with Flexible Cancellation Policy (non-discounted or promotional rates), cancellation of stay must be made at least 48 hours prior to the day of arrival to avoid any cancellation penalty. Amendment of reservations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the new change otherwise penalty charge will be equivalent to one-night room rate.
Do I have to place a deposit during check in?
A refundable deposit payment of $100nett per night is required upon check-in for incidental or damage charges and to be refunded upon check-out.
Reservation Status
Whilst your booking is confirmed, we reserve the right to amend your booking in the event of a computer, website or system error which results in the display or communication of an incorrect room rate or other incorrect details relating to your booking. We will advise you as soon as possible in the event of such an error.
Guarantee Policy
Full amount of stay is payable in advance by credit card at booking time.
Additional Person Charges
Additional breakfast charge of S$30++ per adult applies, children are charged a discounted rate.
Accommodation and breakfast are free for 1 child under 7 years sharing parent's bed.
No Smoking or Vaping
All our hotels are smoke free. No smoking is allowed indoors or outdoors. This includes the use of electronic cigarettes and vapes. Please note that a cleaning fee of SGD500 will apply if you decide to light up in the room!
I Need to Smoke!
While Naumi is a smoke-free hotel, there are designated smoking areas. Do note that a nominal fee of SGD500 will apply if you decide to light up in the room!

Baby cribs are subject to availability upon request and are free of charge. So, please remember to check with our reservations team!
We have limited rollaway beds and they are subject to availability. There will be a charge of $100++ per night.

Yes you may pay with cash. We also welcome most major international credit cards, debit cards, Alipay and WeChat Pay to facilitate smoother and faster transactions. Our front desk staff is available to assist you with any payment related queries you may have.
