Both iron and ironing board are in the pull-out drawer under your bed or in your wardrobe.

The hairdryer is placed in the purple bag hanging on your wardrobe.

A laundry bag and price list are in the drawer at the bottom of your wardrobe. Please hang your laundry bag outside your room or bring it to our reception for same-day service.

Unless you choose to activate the DND light by your door, your room will be serviced daily. If your DND light is on, we will leave a calling card to advise we have honoured your privacy request.

Our hotel is a non-smoking property including guest rooms, corridors, stairwells, and public areas. There is a smoking area on Level 10 located to the left of the bar. A fee of $500 will be charged if you choose to smoke in the room.

Durians are not permitted in the rooms or any areas of the hotel. In the event that the smell of durians is detected in your room, we would unfortunately have to impose a cleaning fee of $500 to cover the additional cleaning required to eliminate the odour.

If you feel unwell, please dial "Front Desk" on your in-room telephone and we can contact a local doctor for you. Additional charges apply.

Should you need any over-the-counter medication, Guardian is a 5-minute walk away. It is located at Basement 1 of Raffles City Shopping Centre. They are open from 10am to 10pm. The pharmacist is available from 11am to 7.30pm for special prescriptions.

Your safety is important to us. Please ensure that your door is locked when you leave your room. We do not accept responsibility for any loss of valuables. We recommend storing your valuables in our in-room safe located in your bedside cabinet or wardrobe.

In the event of a fire, please evacuate the building immediately by the nearest exit and assemble on Beach Road.
