What are your check-in and check-out times?

Unless otherwise stated in your booking confirmation.
If you are arriving early and would like to check-in, we would recommend that you book one additional night to ensure that the room is ready for you.
For late check-outs, please make prior arrangements with us, extension is subject to availability and charges may be applicable.
Our Reception (Front Desk) team operates 24 hours daily, we can facilitate your check-in according to your arrival time. You can also choose to store your luggage with us before check-in or after check-out.
It is recommended that you notify the hotel of your expected arrival time.
Do you offer dry cleaning or laundry services for guests?
Same-day service is available daily if the laundry form is submitted to the Reception (Front Desk) before 10am.
- Laundry submitted before 10am will be returned the same day between 6pm and 9pm.
- Laundry collected between 10am and 3pm will be returned next day at 11am.
- Laundry collected after 3pm will be returned next day between 6pm and 9pm.
What are the opening hours for the gym and rooftop pool?
Our rooftop pool and gym are open daily from 8am to 8pm. We invite you to work out, relax, and enjoy the beautiful views while you're there.
Does the hotel provide any concierge service?
The Concierge Desk is open 24/7, by phone or in person. Swing by the lobby on the ground floor—we’re always happy to assist.
Is smoking or vaping allowed anywhere on the property?
