Our Front Desk operates 24-hours daily, we can facilitate your check-in according to your arrival time. You can also choose to store your luggage with us before check-in or after check-out.
It is recommended that you notify the hotel of your expected arrival time.

Housekeeping
Rooms are serviced daily unless you have your ‘Do Not Disturb' sign on the door. For alternative arrangement, please contact the Front Desk.
Bathroom Towels
If you don’t need fresh towels, please hang them up. Every small step counts—help us conserve water and make a big impact!
Power & Electricity
To open the main door, touch the key in the designated lock.
To connect the room's electricity, place the room key in the designated box on the wall behind or next to the main door.
Air Conditioning
Air conditioning control panels are mounted on the wall in all hotel rooms.
Dry Cleaning
Same-day service is available Monday to Sunday if the laundry form is submitted to the Front Desk before 10:00 AM.
- Laundry submitted before 10:00 AM will be returned the same day between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
- Laundry collected between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM will be returned next day at 11:00 AM.
- Laundry collected after 3:00 PM will be returned next day between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
Carparking
Enjoy free parking on both the ground and basement floors.
Gym & Rooftop Pool
Our rooftop pool and gym welcome you every day from 8 AM to 8 PM. Work out, relax, and enjoy the view!
Concierge Services
The Concierge Desk is open 24/7, by phone or in person. Swing by the lobby on the ground floor—we’re always happy to assist.
Safekeeping
Each hotel room comes with its own safety box for guest use. Please note, this is the only safety box available—there isn’t a general safe at the front desk or elsewhere in the hotel. Don't hesitate to reach out to our Front Desk for further assistance.

Contact the Police, Ambulance, and Fire Service
Simply dial 100 to contact our Front Desk, and we’ll take care of everything immediately.
Fire
Please review the evacuation procedure posted on the back of your room door.
If you discover a fire:
- Call Reception immediately by dialing 100 from your room phone.
- Follow the evacuation instructions posted on your room door.
- Wait for guidance from hotel staff once you are in a safe location.
Hotel Policies and FAQS
Cancellation Policy
For non-refundable bookings, full prepayment is required at the time of booking, and the amount is strictly non-refundable—even if the booking is changed or cancelled.
For flexible bookings (non-discounted or promotional rates):
- Summer Season: Cancel or amend at least 24 hours before arrival to avoid a penalty.
- Winter Season: Cancel or amend at least 48 hours before arrival to avoid a penalty.
Missing these timelines will result in a charge for the full stay.
Do I have to place a deposit during check in?
No, a deposit is not required when you check in.
Reservation Status
While your booking is confirmed, please note that in the rare event of a computer, website, or system error displaying an incorrect room rate or booking detail, we reserve the right to amend your reservation. Should this occur, we will notify you at the earliest opportunity.
Guarantee Policy
The full amount of your stay is payable in advance at the time of booking by credit card.
No Smoking or Vaping
All our hotels are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted indoors or outdoors, including the use of electronic cigarettes and vapes.
Additional Person Charges
Room rates are based on up to 2 guests. Additional breakfast is AED 65 per adult, with discounted rates for children. One child under 6 years can stay and have breakfast free when sharing a parent’s bed.
I Need to Smoke!
If you wish to smoke, you can book the Oasis or Naumi Suite, which feature balconies where smoking is allowed.
Pet Policy
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, pets are not allowed at our property.
Minimum Age Required to Check In
Guests must be 18 years or older and present a valid photo ID at check-in.
Do you offer a rollaway bed or baby cribs? Is there a charge?
Baby cribs are available upon request and free of charge. Please check with our reservations team to ensure availability.
Rollaway beds are limited and subject to availability, with a charge of AED 150 per night.
I need to make changes to my booking via a 3rd party website or travel agency.
For any modifications, please contact your travel agent or the third-party website directly, as they manage your booking on our behalf.
Can I pay with cash? What modes of payments are accepted?
Yes, you may pay with cash, and we also accept most major international credit and debit cards for a smoother, faster transaction. Our front desk team is always happy to assist with any payment-related questions.
