Auckland's latest airport hotel comes courtesy of the Singaporean art hotel brand Naumi -but with a local twist. Featuring a motif of the tui, Naumi Hotel Auckland Airport (pictured) gives a nod to the culture, design and landscapes of Aotearoa. If you've got a bit of time to kill before your next flight, you'll be spoiled for choice: relax in the quiet gardens, have a swim in the outdoor pool, up your skills on the putting green or strike a pose on the yoga deck. Its launch last week marks a welcome boutique arrival in Auckland's generally stale hotel scene. The rooms also come equipped with unlimited free Wi-Fi, Netflix and free soft drinks and snacks in the minibar.
